Physical Symptoms: Frequent flu-like symptoms, poor hygiene, sleep issues, weight loss, constricted pupils, track marks and more.
Psychological Symptoms: Mood swings, periods of extreme happiness followed by severe depression and lethargy, difficulty concentrating or making decisions, unusual suspiciousness or paranoia.
Secrecy: Being secretive about activities, hiding drugs, lying about usage and/or doctor shopping.
Financial Problems: Stealing, borrowing money, unexplained need for money.
Social/Relationship Issues: Strained relationships with family, friends and colleagues and isolating/avoiding social activities.

Outpatient/Ambulatory Detox: Our nationally accredited outpatient (ambulatory) detoxification program includes the prescribing of medications for both symptom management and comfort.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT): Ongoing access to medications such as buprenorphine and medication management.
Individual and Group Therapy: We offer both in-person and online programs that include structured therapy sessions for up to 5 days per week to support your recovery, address ongoing challenges, develop strategies to cope with triggers and high-risk situations, and more.
Community Support: Upon discharge, Stepwell Care clients have access to free groups on a weekly basis, offered both online and in-person in perpetuity.
